Peter Obi Donates ₦5 Million to Immaculata Girls’ Model Secondary School, Nnewi

Former Anambra State Governor and Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, has fulfilled a promise he made to Immaculata Girls’ Model Secondary School, Nnewi, by returning to the school with a ₦5 million donation to support its development.

According to a post shared on his official Facebook page, Obi said he had visited the school in the last quarter of 2025, during which he promised to return and offer support. He noted that keeping promises, especially those made to children and educational institutions, is a matter of integrity and responsibility.

Describing the visit as a moment filled with joy and encouragement, Obi urged the students—particularly the girls—to take their education seriously, stressing that knowledge remains a powerful tool capable of opening doors to unimaginable opportunities.
