A touching and inspirational moment stole the spotlight at the Oferekpe Day 2026 celebration as a young, gifted girl was awarded a ₦20 million education scholarship by the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
